The following trainings are included in your designation process and are offered at no cost. Monthly virtual trainings are available. Organizations can also requests in person trainings by contacting a RFW representative.

• Understanding Substance Use Disorder (SUD)/Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), Stigma and Recovery
• Training for Management/Human Resources: Navigating SUD/OUD Concerns and Building a Supportive Workplace
• Accessing Resources and Linking to Your Community (including Saving a Life with Narcan training)

‘Just Five’ Trainings from Shatterproof

MI RFW is partnering with Shatterproof in efforts to reduce stigma and quickly educate employees on addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery. Shatterproof has created easy-to-use short videos that can be shared with employees to help equip people to make informed decisions about their health and support those who may need it.
