90-minute training session educating on actionable opportunities to build a Recovery Friendly Workplace. Objectives include: 1) Understanding the role of stigma around Substance Use Disorder (SUD) 2) Understanding SUD/OUD and how it relates to the workplace 3) Why you should become a Recovery Friendly Workplace 4) How to build a Recovery Friendly Workplace 5) Implementing policies that help workers in recovery. The target audience for this session is owners, management/supervisors, human resource personnel, and internal champions who will be assisting in rolling out this program internally.
