The orientation is for organizations who have completed the Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Letter of Interest and who are beginning the RFW designation process. This one-hour session will describe the importance and steps to becoming a RFW as your organization takes this important journey in understanding ways to support your workforce in or seeking recovery. The target audience for this session is owners, management/supervisors, human resource personnel, and internal champions who will be assisting in rolling out this program internally.
