The Michigan Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Initiative collaborates with employers to support employees in recovery from a substance use disorder (SUD) or opioid use disorder (OUD) and recognize recovery as a strength. Recovery Friendly Workplaces promote a healthy and safe environment where employers, employees, and communities work together to create positive change and remove barriers for those affected by substances.
